LEADERSHIP

Daniel Farasat, a lifelong Angeleno, is a seasoned entrepreneur with a focus on real estate development in addition to diverse business ventures across Los Angeles. Since founding Tiger West Capital in 2004, Daniel has strategically guided the firm’s transformation from a real estate services company into a dynamic owner and operator of commercial properties.

In addition to his real estate work, Daniel leads the relaunch of the iconic Koo Koo Roo.  He has made early-stage investments in innovative companies like Sweetgreen and Genesis Bank. As the President of the Melrose Business Improvement Association, he plays an active role in shaping the community, and is involved in other civic and philanthropic initiatives.

Daniel holds a Master of Real Estate Development from USC and a Business Administration degree from the Leeds School of Business at CU. He further expanded his education with coursework at the London School of Economics and Harvard University.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Daniel is passionate about coaching youth sports and enjoys playing tennis. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and their three young children.
